Step 1: Choose Your Cat

Browse our available cats on the Shop page and select the one you’re interested in. Add your chosen cat to your cart and proceed to checkout to submit your order.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. The email will also include your invoice and the next steps in the purchasing process.

Step 3: Review the Contract & Complete Payment

After confirming your order, we will provide you with our Sales Agreement (Contract) for your review. Once the contract has been accepted by both parties, you may complete your payment using your preferred payment method available at checkout. Payment instructions will be provided after the contract has been finalized.

Step 4: Reservation & Documentation

After your payment has been successfully received and verified, your cat will be marked as Sold or Reserved on our website.

Our team will then begin preparing all required documentation, including health records and any applicable travel or export paperwork. We will keep you informed throughout this process.

Step 5: Transportation & Delivery

Once all required documents have been completed and approved, we will schedule your cat’s transportation.

You will receive complete shipping information, including:

• Flight or carrier details

• Shipment tracking information (where available)

• Estimated departure and arrival times

• Delivery instructions

Shipping schedules vary depending on your location, airline availability, weather conditions, and import requirements. We will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and safe delivery experience.

Step 6: Customer Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase qualifies under the terms outlined in our Sales Agreement and Refund Policy, we will honor the applicable refund provisions.

Please review the refund terms included in your contract before completing your purchase. This policy is provided in addition to any legal rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
